2005 FAIR MARKET RENTS

  The Fair Market Rents for fiscal year 2005 will be published in the Federal Register on October 1, 2004 and will be effective on that date.

  The final FY2005 FMRs are rebenchmarked using 2000 Census rent data and random digit dialing surveys conducted in August 2004, but use the same geographic area definitions as were used for the FY2004 FMRs.
