Legacy for a Reinvented HUD: Charting a New Course in Changing and Demanding TimesAbstractAs I reflect on the past 2 1/2 years as Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, I find myself contemplating the legacy from these dynamic, exciting years of change that the HUD team will leave behind. I find myself sorting out the goals we have set for ourselves at the Department, the avenues we have followed that looked promising, and the battles we have fought and are still fighting.
