On May 30-31, 2006 the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA) held its midyear conference at the National Association of Home Builders in Washington. Five professional staff from the Office of Policy Development and Research presented papers at this conference. The authors and their papers are:

David Vandenbroucke presented a paper titled "Is There Enough Housing to Go Around," also at the May 31 session on Affordable Housing Needs
In addition, Michael Hollar, another PD&R staff member, served as a discussant at May 31 session on Causes and Effects of Housing Prices.
