This report summarizes the findings from a research series commissioned by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to examine the extent of homeownership gaps between Hispanics and non-Hispanic whites, the causes of these gaps, and what is known about the scale and effectiveness of approaches designed to help Hispanics to become homeowners. The overall goal of this series is to better inform policymakers and practitioners in their efforts to improve homeownership opportunities for Hispanic families.
