HUD Announces NOFA Incentive Criteria For Reducing Regulatory Barriers

HUD recently published a notice in the Federal Register announcing the Department’s intention to make removing regulatory barriers to affordable housing a policy priority in its NOFA funding allocation process. HUD plans to give up to two (2) additional points to governmental and nongovernmental applicants who are able to demonstrate successful efforts made toward removing these regulatory barriers to affordable housing.
