| Description |
This ordinance amends the city of Woodinville, Washington's municipal code to allow transit-oriented affordable housing development overlay districts. The overlay district is intended to meet the city's affordable housing goals and provide adequate workforce housing. The ordinance also allows alternative development standards, such as calculation of dwelling units based on floor area ratio and increased height limits for buildings in the district. |
