| Description |
This report presents recommendations provided by a joint task force comprised of housing professionals and advocates from the city of Charlottesville, Albemarle County, and the University of Virginia to increase housing affordability in this region of Virginia. Strategies outlined in the report include supporting the creation of a regional housing fund, promoting the use of tax credits, ensuring long-term affordability of housing units by requiring deed restrictions, and streamlining approval processes for projects that include affordable housing. |
