Description	This ordinance establishes standards for collection of fees to support affordable housing development in the Borough of Manville, New Jersey. The ordinance outlines the borough’s plan to collect residential and nonresidential development fees that will be deposited in an affordable housing trust fund. These funds can be used for activities relating to creation and preservation of affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families, and to meet the borough’s fair share requirement. The ordinance exempts affordable housing developments from the development fees.
