| Description |
This chapter of the city of Portland, Oregon’s municipal code addresses elderly and disabled housing. This ordinance allows increased densities for new and remodeled housing developments for elderly and disabled persons in certain zoning districts. The ordinance also allows reduced parking requirements and special design standards to encourage elderly and disabled housing development. |
