Description	This online service from the City of Tampa allows users to search and pay for express permits as well as view project and permit summaries. Users can search by an address, an existing project number, or by entering the parcel identification number. Searching and view permits online is free, but the City charges a small convenience fee to pay for an express permit online. The site goes step by step through the permit process, asking for the location of the construction site and project information. This site was accessed August 2003.
