| Description |
This site from the City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP) displays the Honolulu Internet Permit System (HIPS), which allows users to search for building permits, properties, subdivisions and trenching permits online. The searches require users to enter some information pertaining to the location of the property, such as the house number. Clicking on “New Building Permit” delivers users to a page where they can apply for building permits online. Also included is a function that allows users to calculate building permit fees.
