The President's National Urban Policy Reports

These historical reports were produced for Congress and present statements of progress made on the then current Administration’s urban policy proposals. They provide in-depth analysis of important patterns and trends which were affecting the country’s urban communities and their residents. Additionally, they provided the Administration’s visions for Congressional action to promote economic growth and development.
